About Marie Servaes

Hello! I'm Marie Servaes, a doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Ghent University (Belgium). In 2020, I earned my Master's degree in Communication Sciences with great distinction and currently hold my own research project funded by an FWO grant. My passion lies in exploring the intersectionality between communication and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Specifically, my research focuses on engaging employees in CSR initiatives, examining the impact of communication, leadership, and peer influences.
