About Marie Thornby
Experienced pedagogue with a strong expertise in curriculum design and implementation. Currently Pedagogy Lead at Kapow Primary, where I support our team to create high-quality, evidence-informed and inclusive learning materials. I’m passionate about using effective pedagogy and accessible design to disrupt the bell curve and deliver equitable, high-impact provision that helps close attainment and aspiration gaps in primary education.
