I consider myself to be a highly driven, results oriented, ambitious and motivated individual who strives to do the best at whatever challenge comes my way. I have excellent interpersonal skills, always working with team to help achieve collective goals, problem solve and come up with solutions. It is all about helping each other move forward through collaboration and sharing knowledge. Previous Experience Start up with exposure in setting up new entities with regards to banking, taxation, billing, assisting legal team with financial information from a regulatory perspective along with exposure to acquisition work. Prior audit experience working in practice Previous Role- Worked with the CFO in managing the day to day activities of the global finance team and ensuring the company's finance function is organised and efficient, producing accurate financial and management accounts in relation to EMEA and work on the group as a whole-Monthly closings and reporting for numerous subsidiaries in different jurisdictions in order to meet the Group reporting deadlines -P&L Variance Analysis, Balance sheet reconciliation and corrective actions -Assisting the Group Corporate Reporting manager to produce semi annual and year end financial statements and working closely with the auditors to achieve this -Preparation of budgets and forecasts together with the department management team -Ensuring compliance of all financial and tax filing obligations are met for each subsidiary at a local level -Ad hoc analysis and reporting for the board -Business partnering to assess performance, cost savings and process improvement
