About Marie Wikman

With a background in FMCG and over 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve worked across commercial, strategic, and operational roles – from product launches and market access to leading organizations through growth and transformation. Today, I’m the Nordic Head of a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company operating in a dynamic space with ambitious growth targets – scaling across new markets, broadening our portfolio, and building a resilient, future-ready organization. My role is all about connecting vision with execution: driving strategy, enabling teams, and creating a culture where people thrive and results follow. I’m deeply involved in shaping our expansion journey – from organizational design and leadership development to operational excellence and commercial performance. My career has taken me through both large international organizations and fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments – and I’ve learned that success comes from clarity, collaboration, and staying curious. Outside the office, I recharge in the gym, or by the soccer field with my family. Life with three kids is full-on, but also the best leadership training I could ever ask for.
