About Marietjie Smith

I have over 30 years of experience as a personal assistant and office manager, with expertise in time management, office finance, and advanced document management. I excel in organizing and coordinating workshops, executive meetings, and organizational events. At Bigen Africa, I gained significant expertise by assembling and editing multi-million-rand tender documents, showcasing my attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Accustomed to high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, I consistently deliver high-calibre work on time without compromising quality. I completed a Customer Service Management course at Unisa, further enhancing my skills in managing client interactions and professional relationships. While at Wetland Consulting Services, my responsibilities spanned project management, office financial management, fleet management, and general office management. I am TEPA's Associational Operations Coordinator and PA for SAPRA at RMI, where I continue demonstrating my organizational skills, professionalism, and energy. I am detail-oriented and adept at handling unexpected challenges with innovative solutions. I uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality in all my work.
