Designing and developing mechanical systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems.4. Developing design modifications for mechanical systems, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure & Creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for modified systems.5. Preparing detailed technical drawings and specifications for mechanical systems using tools such as AutoCAD.6. Performing various calculations, including but not limited to heat load calculations, HAP calculations (Hourly Analysis Program), and ventilation calculations to ensure system efficiency and compliance with standards.7. Ensuring that all mechanical systems meet relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards such as ASHRAE, Dubai Building Code, UAE Fire Code, International Plumbing Code & LEED Green Building Regulations.8. Collaborating with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into overall building designs.9. Identifying and resolving issues related to mechanical systems during construction or operation.10.
