About Marija Mitrovic

From the tester of Top Eleven to the game producer of the new game, and from the people manager to the data God in talent management team, this describes briefly my career path in Nordeus, which helped me to become who I am now and to develop and establish my core values. Based on that experience, while I was working with other people from different disciplines, ages and cultures, and based on our inspiration that our people are our the first game, I strongly believe that high-quality investment in the people development is crucial for their happiness and engagement, and that is the most important thing for productive and innovative environment. That is why I found my purpose in having the school of programing, where I can motivate kids and teenagers to develop main skills for future and find theirs own way, happiness and satisfaction in the programming world. Learning programming by creating the games is full educational process like creating any other software or project, but the huge plus with games is that learning process is fun and limitless. Therefor, my huge motivation lies in making an impact to other people, through games.
