What do you want to achieve, what are alternatives, who are the key stakeholders and how to bring them along? Often thoughts are being formed already and it needs the creative curiosity that starts with listening, followed by questions to lead into action. Integration across boundaries will help to bring thoughts into fruition. When it comes to implementation and improvement of current operation, I will use my wide operational, digital and change management experience that covers all time zones and large organisations with over staff working at multiple locations and joint ventures. I help you to see through the constraints, find the opportunities and ensure that results are embedded in business processes and company culture.
