I finally made it back to Colorado; I can’t even begin to tell you how good it feels! I love to work. I love to build teams that consistently meet their goals and enjoy doing it. I love to streamline and simplify processes to improve billing integrity and profitability. I love data and am always data-driven. Last, but never least, I love providing excellent customer service to all of my customers; internal and external. I have enjoyed many positions throughout my career and am blessed with many experiences and accomplishments: • One of my favorite positions was when I was hired to manage the dissolution of a 17 member department in PA and the rebuilding of such in IA as a result of an acquisition. Because I am not only passionate about process and organization, but relationships and morale as well, we enjoyed a smooth and cooperative transition and through process improvements, reduced the team to 12. Transition was complete in 9 months and company was sold shortly after. • Just doing what I love in managing, improving processes and customer service, I was the grateful recipient of multiple awards for exceptional performance (given to only 12 employees out of 400) and elected one of 8 members of the President’s Club while at GHX due to the following accomplishments: • Reduced receivables > 60 from 22% to 6% in 3 years • Identified an additional 88K in unbilled revenue • Implemented procedures to pass all audits from inception • Rehired later by GHX, on a contract basis to analyze Contract-to-Cash processes and identify gaps in German billing systems. It was so fun to learn a little German (the IT Department lovingly insisted I speak to them in German), navigate the narrow streets (sometimes for hours until I found parking) and run along the Rhine River each evening. I was flattered to be offered a permanent position by the European entity. • As Team Lead for Oracle Projects and Advanced Collections modules implementations, documentation and training, we worked 12 hour days, 5 days a week and had an amazingly great time doing it! • Multiple jobs (6 in fact) have also provided me opportunities to create databases to improve efficiencies and data integrity, which many of them are still using or maintained for some time. I’ve spent a lot of hours on my own time creating purchasing, collections, billing and insurance tracking databases and have loved every minute of it.
