About Marilyn Ewing

Marilyn Ewing has been bringing her special brand of hospitality since she started in the Hospitality industry 17 years ago. She now works Task force as an Independent Contractor on the Catering and Convention Services side of the business. She has gained a reputation among colleagues as a team player, with an exceptional eye for detail. Service to others is what motivates and drives Marilyn. Her desire to provide exceptional customer service stems from her start in the industry working at The Westin Los Angeles Airport. Impressing colleagues with her diligent work ethic, she worked her way up the corporate ladder quickly, eventually becoming the Senior Catering and Convention Services Manager. She was responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, as well as driving the food and beverage revenue for the property. Her ability to communicate and keen sense of cultural awareness has led to her development and ultimate success within the industry. Marilyn also enjoys paying it forward outside of work. She has done volunteer work with the LA Food Bank and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). In her free time, she enjoys hiking, zip-lining, bike riding, traveling, attending concerts, and cooking with her family. She resides in Orange County.
