As an accomplished Chief of Staff, I have extensive experience leading executive operations for complex, mission-driven organizations. I am a trusted counsel to C-suite leaders, bringing wide-ranging functional and industry expertise to analysis, synthesis, relationship building, and problem-solving.Known for bridging vision and execution with stakeholder engagement, I ensure focus on enterprise priorities, oversee strategic and cross-functional initiatives, and support organizational cultural alignment with planning, implementation, change initiatives, and strategic communications. Having served as Chief of Staff to principals in more than one organization (to the Dean at the Keck School of Medicine of USC; and to the President and CEO at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles), I have a proven record of results. With a deep commitment to supporting professional development, I enjoy mentoring and coaching early- and mid-career professionals. My particular passions include the health of children, women, and under-resourced populations; applied innovation in healthcare; and genomics.
