I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from University of Phoenix. I am currently a Patient Access Representative at Sutter Health, where I provide administrative assistance, ensure a seamless registration and financial clearance process, and handle authorization clearance and procedure scheduling. My core competencies include customer experience, service quality, and customer experience management. In my role at Sutter Health, I have contributed to the improvement of the patient experience and satisfaction, as well as the efficiency and accuracy of the revenue cycle. I have also assisted with the development of new processes and quality improvement tracking, as well as performed reimbursement auditing and prepared financial reports for patients' inpatient and outpatient procedures. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of the patients and the community, and to support the mission and vision of Sutter Health. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I am fluent in Spanish and have a strong background in business and health services administration.
