About Marilyn Larose

Executive Assistant | Chaos-Tamer | Efficiency Builder | The Person Who Makes Things HappenI’m an Executive Assistant who turns complexity into clarity and keeps fast-moving leaders on track, on time, and ahead of the curve. I run point on the details —so the people I support can stay focused on the work only they can do.I’m the one who smooths out bottlenecks, and fixes inefficiencies before they hit anyone’s radar. Complex calendars, shifting priorities, confidential issues, board coordination, travel that changes twice before lunch—I make it all look easy.I build trust and communicate with a balance of warmth and directness that keeps teams aligned without friction. Tech-savvy and endlessly curious, I love finding smarter tools, cleaner processes, and better systems that make work feel lighter and faster for everyone involved.Fluent in Spanish and comfortable navigating every corner of an organization, I connect people, close gaps, and keep operations humming behind the scenes. If there’s a way to make your day smoother or your team sharper, I’m already working on it.
