Sophomore year of college, I made a bold move—I switched my major from Business Management to Management Information Systems. Technology intrigued me, and I wanted to dive deeper. It was a web design class using Dreamweaver that truly sparked my interest, opening my eyes to the intersection of creativity and technology. That curiosity led me to my first post-college opportunity at an online job board company, where I started in an administrative role and quickly advanced into technical work—using HTML to build digital recruitment marketing campaigns. As I gained hands-on experience, I pursued a Website Design & Development Certificate at Webster University to sharpen my front-end skills and deepen my understanding of user experience. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—digital campaign manager, client strategist, marketing assistant and even part-time sales as a National Account Executive. Venturing into sales was a leap out of my comfort zone, but it paid off: I consistently exceeded expectations, increased my sales by over 20% year after year, and even landed in the top 5 on the sales leaderboard multiple times—all while managing my core responsibilities. It taught me how to connect strategy to outcomes and build lasting client relationships. While I enjoyed the challenge and growth that came with sales, my true passion lies in digital marketing. I love crafting data-driven campaigns that boost brand engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and keeping up with the fast-moving trends in SEO, paid media, social media and content creation. To deepen my knowledge, I’ve completed certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot Email Marketing, and I recently completed the Digital Marketing Science Certificate program at the University of South Florida. With over 12 years of combined experience across digital recruitment marketing, campaign management, business development, and strategy, I bring a unique perspective and well-rounded skill set to the ever-evolving world of marketing.
