About Marilyn Plante

I LOVE MY JOB! My grandfather and uncle were in real estate for years. My grandmother was a great cook and I started cooking like Grandma with a catering business,"Unique Creations by Marilyn" for 20 years. Twenty one years ago I decided to get into real estate and have found what I love doing most, helping people fulfill their dreams of owning their own home! There isn't a better feeling than to feel the excitement generating from buyers when they close on their new home. It gives me that warm fuzzy feeling and makes me so happy that I could have a small part in their achievement. Because of the years of catering I try to always have a small booklet of recipes to give to people that come to my open houses and special events. I still love to cook and make and decorate cakes for family and friends. I am teaching my two grandaughters to decorate cookies and cakes. They are doing awesome and just have a natural talent. Kaitlyn is left handed, so that gives this Grandma a little bit of challenge. It doesn't seem to bother her. Aubrey and Kaitlyn enjoy this so much. They are special little girls and a blessing to me. I love what I do and hope to help many more people make their dreams a reality. Life is great!
