About Marilyn Worth

I am an experienced human resources generalist and I have worked in a variety of industries, both in the private sector and public sector. I deliver high quality, effective human resources services to clients with the aim of making a difference to their business. I have worked in all aspects of HR and am particularly passionate about helping managers resolve employee relations issues. I have been working in HR for over twenty years, and running my own HR contracting business for a number of years. In that time I have worked a number of contract and fixed-term roles. Because of the nature of contracting, I adapt to new working environments quickly and "hit the ground running" in order to maximise my time in an organisation. I am flexible about working short or long contracts and extending them, when required, in order to complete the tasks I have undertaken, whether it is an HR project, an extra hand to help with a high work load, filling in for parental leave or holding the fort whilst a permanent employee is being recruited. I am currently working as an employee of Summerset Aged Care.
