As an experienced HR professional, I offer a broad range of human resources experience with a proven track record in building and transitioning HR departments from the ground up and providing organizations with programs, initiatives and HR technologies that reflect the organization’s strategic direction, mission, vision and culture. Working closely with members of the various business units to ensure all needs are identified and addressed, I have been successful in the development and implementation of the following programs: Training and Development, Compensation and Salary Administration, Performance Management, New Employee Orientation and On-Boarding, Employee Communications, Employee Recognition, and Workplace Health and Safety. I also bring expertise and experience as a corporate recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment. This included the development of recruitment strategies, programs and initiatives including the management of corporate foreign worker recruitment programs. I have successfully filled positions at all levels of the organization while under challenging economic situations and within critical deadlines. Partnering with Senior Management throughout my career, I have developed the ability to foster cooperative and results-oriented relationships. I am experienced working across all levels of an organization and within very diverse workforces. Additionally, I instinctively notice and respond to employees needs and promote a respectful work environment. I enjoy working independently and being self-directed, but am equally comfortable working as a contributing member of a project team and am extremely goal oriented.
