I am an experienced behavioural scientist who uses data-driven insights to solve real-world problems. As an expert in the psychology of judgment and decision-making, I conduct interdisciplinary quantitative and qualitative research to examine health care, financial, and social engagement behaviours. As an applied health services researcher, I specialize in mixed-methods evaluations of innovative models of care. My work aims to optimize the implementation of healthcare interventions, focusing on enhancing care for older adults in areas such as healthcare transitions, rehabilitation, and emergency services to improve the overall quality of care. I have a strong background in large-scale and cross-national survey methodologies, survey development, statistical data analysis, experimental design and digital, laboratory and field studies. I am skilled in presenting research and complex data to broad and diverse audiences. I have extensive experience in qualitative research methods, specializing in conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, and thematic data analysis, gathering rich insights from diverse populations, particularly in healthcare settings. As a lead researcher, I am experienced in managing all stages of a research project while collaborating in international and interdisciplinary environments. I am experienced in mentoring, training, and overseeing research staff, and I am deeply passionate about supporting the growth and development of junior researchers.
