About Marini Mahadewi

I am bachelor of Public Health specializing in Occupational Safety and Health Major. I have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adaptable, have proficient communication and collaborative abilities, and have a strong commitment to pursuing a career in Occupational Safety and Health. Additionally, I have a strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and learning new things. Throughout my academic journey, I was actively involved in Public Health Student Association as Secretary General and I also active in Occupational Health and Safety Study Forum as Public Relations Manager. My organizational experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in developing soft skills such as time management, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork. Additionally, my internship experiences at PT Nindya Citra Kharisma KSO and PT Nindya Karya as HSE Intern provided me with practical insight into occupational safety and health, where I was tasked with leading the safety talk, conduct the safety patrol, conduct daily HSE and tool inspections, creating safety induction video, and making risk management assessment using HIRADC-AI method.
