About Mario Agsoy

I have over 22 years of experience in engineering, construction management, project management, and quality control. My background includes overseeing various projects for the U.S. Department of the Navy's Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), as well as in commercial structures, buildings, offices, and infrastructure. I am well-versed in both engineering and field operations. I hold several certifications, including Construction Quality Management for Contractors (#784, valid until December 19, 2029), ACI Concrete Field Technician - Grade 1 (valid until October 8, 2024), and 40-Hour Contract Safety Training for Contractors (EM385-1-1). Additionally, I am a certified EPA Construction General Permit (CGP) Site Inspector, valid until May 17, 2027. I am proficient in eCMS, NAVFAC's Electronic Construction Management System, and have a strong background in Windows-based computer applications and programming. My expertise lies in civil and structural concrete and architecture. I excel at managing diverse personnel, coordinating with various subcontractors, and collaborating with vendors, government agencies, and regulators to ensure project success. I am a proud member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and I am currently in the process of pursuing my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
