Hello! I am a doctor candidate in evolutionary biology and human genetics at ASU, Tempe, AZ. My research is centered on the understanding of the molecular mechanisms of the human tolerance against arsenic toxicity in ancient and modern populations from Northern Chile. Specifically, I am addressing this by using approaches that intersect the Ancient Genomics (ancient human and microbial DNA), Population Genetics, Bioinformatics and Functional Genetics.
