About Mario Dekeyser

I have university degrees in psychology, economics and mediation. Consequently I have been able to gain work experiences in different domains: psycho diagnostics, psychological counseling, audit and teaching. Major part of my career I have been a Chartered Accountant (Bedrijfsrevisor) and Deloitte Audit Partner. Deloitte Partners agree in their partnership agreement to resign when they have reached the age of 56 years. After resigning I decided to stay professional active integrating the knowledge, skills and work experience I have gathered until today. I continued to teach at KULeuven and UGent universities and I provide in-company training in financial reporting, stress management, family (group) dynamics and conflict management. I take mandates on board of directors, audit committees and advisory boards. Finally, I recently started a mediation and coaching practice. The practice includes family mediation for couples (relationship and parenting) and business families (family pact, succession in companies etc.). Coaching concerns 'transforming lives' with a focus on 'stress and burnout' coaching supplemented with career coaching and leadership coaching.
