I am an ambitious professional who continually strives to improve my coaching and managerial skills. I believe that pride, passion, and showing ownership is a recipe for success. Common sense, judgment and experience go a long way in making managerial decisions. I also believe it is important to adapt various approaches and styles with different employees and colleagues. No matter what approach you use, earning the respect and the buy in from your peers is what I believe makes a successful leader. I have worked primarily in two fields for which I have a passion for: management, and sports. Both fields relate to each other in the sense that I enjoy motivating and getting the best results from my team. I used to be semi pro athlete so that competitive spirit comes naturally for me.
