I joined Bobcat of Tidewater, a division of Winchester Equipment, as Parts Manager in November of 2024. After 30 years in this stone industry, this position has proved to be both challenging and rewarding. I very quickly took on learning the many responsibilities of this position. Upon being introduced to Bobcat University, I quickly completed the courses required to achieve Bobcat Certified Parts Specialist. From day one I have worked to build a loyal customer base, treating all current and potential customers with respect and striving to exceed their expectations. I am always looking for ways to improve efficiency, increase product sales and provided unparalleled customer satisfaction. Previously I was the Operations Manager at GranQuartz, in charge of the day-to-day operations of an industrial supply retail store. With over four years of experience in this role, I proactively worked to operate the branch by selling to customers, training and supervising staff, receiving, shipping, and general maintenance of the facility. I am also a certified Firefighter Level 1, 2, & 3 from the Virginia Beach Volunteer Fire Department, which demonstrates my ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations. I am passionate about providing excellent service to customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
