About Mario Leite

Resume I am an airline pilot, currently flying as a first officer for a major latin america airline, based in Brazil. I am also an architect, urban and graphic designer, public health engineer, flight attendant, teacher, aviation instructor (CFI / CFII), keynote speaker, writer, aviation aficionado, model airplane designer, husband, father and above all, christian. I've worked in all aspects of aviation!(except maintenance). I'm currently dedicating my experience, and life, to studying and designing the future of pilot training, focusing especially on the future of airmanship transmission for future single pilot airline operation. Where I use my social media to create, increment, and deploy ideas for a vast range of activities and products, in the aviation training industry. I leverage my aviation networking to collaborate with partner organizations, in both aviation and teaching industries, write and distribute information and training, cultivate media relationships, define target markets, and grow as a better pilot and instructor / teacher. I also develop training games, programs and activities that bring aviation knowledge, for all kinds of people. My main goal is to be the first and reference on pilot training, focused on single pilot operation, on any level, private, commercial, airline, remote piloted, or even race drivers. With knowledge and research on high performance, single operation of high risk and high performance, my intentions are to lead the changes that the future generations will need, to be able to act and maintain the highest levels of professional knowledge that we meet nowadays with a multi crew. I'm passionate about the aviation industry and it's taught me diverse and complex skills, but more importantly, I understand the power of integrity, leadership, human factors, strength of character, and the intelligence of humor. I am always eager to learn new things, share my knowledge and insights, and collaborate with other aviation professionals.
