About Mario Mantaci

With over 25 years of experience in aerospace engineering, naval enginering and program management, I am a passionate and driven Engineering Director. I have a master's degree in aerospace engineering from Politecnico di Torino, and a strong background in product configuration, engineering analysis, and ISO 9001 or AS9100 process control. My mission is to deliver high-quality and innovative products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, while ensuring the profitability and growth. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different sectors, such as renewable energy, manufacturing, and transportation, and have managed cross-functional and multicultural teams of experienced professionals. As a Senior Program Manager, I have been responsible for the management of integrated project teams, the development and execution of project plans, the negotiation and proposal of contracts and business plans, and the interface with the customer from statement of work till completion and warranty. I have successfully managed multiple programs, including subcontracted work, with budgets ranging from $10M to $100M, and delivered them on time, on scope, and on budget. Some of the programs I have managed include the design, development, and certification of aircraft components, systems, and structures, such as landing gears, wings, and fuselages. I have also applied my engineering expertise and skills, such as computational fluid dynamics, structural finite element analyses, and CAD systems, to support the engineering team in solving complex technical problems and ensuring the reliability and safety of products.
