I am a Qualified heavy duty technician, A holder of Caterpillar Technician certificate, journeyman certificate in heavy duty mechanics/ heavy equipment technician certificate. I have more than 6 years experience in diamond mines,copper, gold and coal mining industries. performed Underground Roles including maintaining CATERPILLAR Underground EQUIPMENT performed Open Cut Roles including maintaining CATERPILLAR equipment. I got a chance of exposure to workout on a wide range of makes and models such as Caterpillar 793, 789, D10/D11, 24H/M, Sandvik / Epiroc / Atlas Copco surface rock. Carried out various repairs and maintenance on various makes and models of major mining equipment including rebuilds, overhauls, commissioning, breakdown repairs, component change outs, technical diagnosis and troubleshooting in both field and shop environments. Deep Understanding of the Caterpillar product line. Ability to effectively navigate SIS 2.0 without assistance Ability to leverage and prove competency in searching DPSS to assist with troubleshooting and find information. Performed component intervention diagnosis and repairs performed field runner duties and in mine repairs as needed.
