Leading commercial teams that scale results is what I am passionate about. I currently work as Sales Manager at Emprende Hoy, a startup-minded company focused on education and financing for entrepreneurs in Latin America. In this role, I have led a team of 14 sales representatives, tripling monthly sales in just three months (from 30 to 100 monthly closings). I have developed outbound sales strategies, referrals and consultative sales, achieving more than USD in annual revenue and positioning new products in the market. Among the most relevant milestones, I structured the commercial training area with more than 100 sales in its first month and led the sale of a high value product (Mastermind), generating USD in sales. My approach is based on the efficient use of CRM, data-driven selling, purposeful leadership and agile methodologies to build high-performance teams that deliver measurable results. I am passionate about supporting talent in their development and making strategic decisions that drive business growth.
