I am Master Black Belt and Lean Sensei, with a solid track record in implementing global programs that maximize efficiency, increase productivity and generate significant resource savings. My work is based on the mastering of methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM and Kaizen. I lead portfolios with more than 80 projects per year, leading cross-functional teams and reporting to senior executives. Achieved milestones such as over $1 million in annual savings, up to 15 points increase in OEE and optimization of production capacity to avoid up to $13 million in CapEx.
