About Mario Rico

I am a minister and Reverend of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I formerly worked for Vitality Works as a Key Account representative. I worked for the Department of Finance and Administration as a management analyst working in the local government division. I worked for RGIS as an Area Manager and as an Operational Excellence Specialist. This job experience has taught me how to successfully plan, deploy and manage different size teams in ever changing environments. The district is growing, increasing customer base and workforce. Leading and managing such a diverse group of workers, with customers spread out through our large state is an exciting challenge. I worked with dislocated workers for over 25 years with the State of New Mexico in different job settings. I have completed the Offender Workforce Development Specialist training, which was a great opportunity. One thing this career has taught me is that anyone can improve his/her work opportunities to gain a good paying and stable job.
