I am currently employed as an Organizational Development Consultant with Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries, with a diverse background in various leadership roles, including experience as a Recruitment Consultant. A graduate of Red River College and the University of Manitoba, I focused my studies on Retail Management and Human Resource Management. I have a strong passion for recruitment, as well as training and development, and am committed to optimizing talent and fostering a positive workplace culture. In addition to my HR experience, I’ve had the privilege of serving as President of my condominium association, managing a community of over 150 units, which has further honed my leadership and problem-solving skills. I’m passionate about people and dedicated to driving organizational success through effective talent management and development.
