Over 25 years of leadership, team management, strategic planning and coaching experience with men and women at the professional and youth levels: FC Tulsa, USL Championship Head Coach and Technical Director Racing Louisville NWSL, Technical Director, Assistant Coach, Interim Head Coach Louisville City Academy Director Racing Louisville Academy Director Louisville City, USL Championship, Assistant Coach NCAA Division I head coach and assistant coach for 19 years Proven leader in developing and managing all aspects of an organization.(Long / short term financial planning, staff management, staff and player development). Created and implemented all aspects of the Academy for Louisville City and Racing Louisville; including staff and player curriculum, financial forecasting, budgeting, facility planning and overall implementation for the project. During my time as the Academy Director at Louisville City and Racing Louisville, we produced 7 professional players for Louisville City with one player, Josh Wynder, moving to Benfica in a $1.2 million dollar transfer. We produced one female player from the Racing Louisville Academy who is now playing for Pachuca in LigaMX Feminil, Ella Sanchez. Implemented the inaugural USL W League team for Racing Louisville. We have had three players play in Youth World Cups: Josh Wynder, USA, U20 World Cup 2023 Ella Sanchez, USA, U17 World Cup 2022 Ameerah Maamry, Morocco, U17 World Cup 2022
