I am a dynamic, skilled geoscientist with more than 20 years of experience and a broad industry and research background. I have worked for E&P majors, governmental agencies and academia, both domestic and international.I am currently holding the position of project manager for the Johan Sverdrup Redetermination. I have a proven oil-finder track record and was a key contributor to the discovery of the Johan Sverdrup oil-giant and its understanding.I have matured work-experience in a variety of oil provinces (Norway, UK, Brazil, Canada, East and West Africa, Western Mediterranean, Russia, California and Australia), basins and tectonic settings with strong focus on prospect generation and evaluation, siliciclastic, carbonate and unconvetional plays and basin flow analysis. I possess practical and teaching experience on a variety of subjects including petroleum geology and prospect evaluation and a sound expertise in knowledge transfer. In addition to that, I have already a well established network across both industry and academia.Specialties: Management of redetermination projects and multi-disciplinary technical teams.In-depth working experience in prospect generation, maturation and evaluation as well as discovery assessment, performance tracking and benchmarking.Excellent experience in integration of seismic and well data, and outcrop analogue studies.Extensive experience on siliciclastic, carbonate and unconventional reservoirs.Broad working knowledge of tectonics, petrophysics, petrology, fracture mechanics and advanced geophysical analyses.Leading expert in intrusive and extrusive traps (sand injectites and extrudites).
