About Mario Vindeni

Mario has been involved in management and the motorcycle industry since 1992 when he began his career with Harley-Davidson/Buell of Glendale as an Assistant Manager in the Parts department. In short order he was promoted to the Parts Department Manager position. Mario was then promoted to the position of Operations Manager with ultimate responsibility for the Parts, Service, Motorclothes, Rentals and Riding Academy departments. In August of Mario was promoted to the position of General Manager. His responsibilities included Human Resource Management, cost analysis, Retail Forecasting, Strategic Direction, Marketing and Customer Experience. During his tenure with H-D/Buell of Glendale, Mario developed, managed and participated with the company's sport road-racing team to promote the Buell motorcycle brand. Mario earned over 25 podium finishes over his 6 year career, and the team delivered much recognition and credibility to the business within the sport bike community. Mario also spearheaded the development and implementation of the motorcycle training program at H-D/Buell of Glendale, and is himself an active RiderCoach. In October, 2010, Mario was honored by the California Highway Patrol with the Commander's Certificate of Commendation for exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. In April of 2015, Mario made the move to EagleRider, the world's pre-eminent motorcycle experience company, as the Retail Experience Manager in Los Angeles. In October of the same year Mario was promoted to General Manager of both EagleRider Los Angeles and Indian/Victory of Los Angeles. Mario was presented the General Manager of the Year Award for his work in 2017. Mario accepted a promotion within EagleRider to the position of Midwest Regional Manager in December of 2017. Having since relocated to Chicago, Mario's responsibilities included logistics, operations, revenue and customer satisfaction for 52 locations from Chicago to Rapid City to Albuquerque to Dallas. Based on his performance as Midwest and Western Regional Manager, Mario was offered and accepted the position of National Director of Service in January of 2020. His responsibilities include assuring the accurate and efficient servicing of the national EagleRider fleet while achieving budgetary goals for parts inventory, parts consumption, payroll, crash repair, refurbishment and syndication and Fleet.
