About Marion Baggio

A former literature student now working in the chemical industry.Who said horizons were closed? And as a confirmed skydiver, I am certainly not afraid to jump towards new horizons. I fell in love with Supply Chain in 2006, when I discovered how rich this domain is, on an operational as well as functional point of view. From the satisfaction of working out small miracles for our Customers to the general improvement of processes, not forgetting the thrill of being in contact with virtually all functions in the company, Supply Chain, for me, is a never-ending source of exciting challenges in a fast-moving environment, all to ensure the Customer Satisfaction. Quality was a natural follow-up of my previous positions, mostly, making sure that Quality became a way of working, a value within the Supply Chain, and that everybody, without really realizing it, was being part of the Quality experience, improving their Customers' satisfaction. and their own well-being at work! Both Quality and Supply Chain work towards those two objectives. They are part of my own values, and I want to keep promoting them wherever I may work in the future.
