About Marion Guevarra

I have worked with various industries — from banking to retail, to gasoline and petroleum companies. I can say that Sales was my first love. I started sales when I was working in a bank and my Manager mentored and taught everything that I need to know. Then I started going on my own client calls. When I got several fresh accounts, there was a certain feeling of fulfillment and awe. On Sales and Marketing, the years I have spent in sales gave me an in-depth knowledge and perspective. Creating different marketing techniques and business development strategies, and on the latter, making improvements on each strategy. I made sure that monthly and annual quotas were timely met. I religiously broaden the list of clients, contacts, and potential clients. But most of all, I ensured that mutual after-sales relationship was strongly built. On Operations, I steer cleared that all the company’s policies and guidelines were strictly implemented; that all employees comply and adhere. I always made sure that smooth operation is on top priority and that in case of formidable events, everyone would be knowledgeable in handling such. On Training and Coaching, I have made a lot of training roll-outs and checklists that were absorbed by the companies. I did hands-on training and validation for staff, supervisors, and managers. My mantra - Be Wise. Push yourself. Work Hard. Always do your best.
