I am a self motivated individual with expertise in the area of Project and Operations Management. With over 15 years in a multilingual/multicultural and fast paced environment,in disciplines in IT (Infrastructure, SaaS deployments, Client Service) and Customer Care (lead customer support teams and processes) Ledger - Main responsibilities involve amongst others, project managing the build-up of Ledger's datacenters from A-Z, including the deployment of the hardware security module (HSM) services. Furthermore scaling up the existing production network and storage infrastructure. Blizzard - Some of the project highlights in my long career include amongst others the IT built and setup of the Blizzard international office in the Netherlands, the PM coordination of the connectivity across the Activision/Blizzard/King European offices, the Blizzard European deployments (for users) for Webex Teams and Slack as well as being the Blizzard European point of contact for the Office 365 Applications. As a Project Manager, I am an adaptable servant leader (Traditional or Agile) who loves challenges and new adventures. Throw me into a chaotic environment and you’ll see me thrive as I collaborate with my team to deliver a successful outcome and solve problems. I see myself as a great asset through various important posts that I've held through with the greatest highlight being in the discipline of IT Project Management. Having a challenger mindset and being a passionate communicator, I have my way around to bridge the gap between the receiver and transmitter.
