With over six years of experience in civil engineering, I am a Project Manager at ALFAKAT S.A, a leading company in seismic retrofitting and renovations of reinforced concrete structures. I lead and coordinate the planning, design, and execution of complex projects, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. My core competencies include site engineering, project planning, structural engineering, and data collection and analysis. I use innovative methods and technologies to assess the static adequacy and strengthening of existing buildings, applying my technical skills and knowledge to challenging and rewarding projects. I also collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, delivering projects on time and within budget. My goal is to contribute to the improvement and sustainability of the built environment, applying my passion and expertise in seismic retrofitting.
