About Maris Angelo

I have been in the Customer Service industry for almost 10 years. Most of my training in this area came from a leadership role at Chick-fil-A, a company known for its customer service. Through this company, I learned how to listen, make connections, solve difficult issues, and always leave the customer smiling. As a trainer and supervisor, Chick-fil-A taught me to be decisive, a good communicator, and a strong leader. I also hold a Certificate of Proficiency from Ventura College as a receptionist. This course taught me the ins and outs of Microsoft Suite, as well as typing, filing, and excellent communication and phone skills. While the course was short, and may seem insignificant, the skills I learned have assisted me throughout my professional career, and still sticks with me to this day. In my recent years I have been in several management positions, and have developed and honed new skills from each one. I have a strong presence of leadership, quick thinking in tough situations, excellent customer recovery, and exemplary training skills. I pride myself in being a fast learner, and an eager one. It is my goal to learn everything I can about every type of situation, and to be able to educate others with my learned knowledge.
