About Marisa Berti

Higher Education Professional | Hockey Coach | Photographer If you could describe yourself in only three words, what would they be? As for me, I would choose driven, enthusiastic, and thorough. I am currently a human resources enthusiast with a passion to learn and grow in my professional career. Once receiving my Bachelor of Arts from Assumption College, I had taken on several recruiting positions. I also received my Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Maryville University. The last seven years of my career have been within the higher education industry. I previously worked in the student life and academic affairs space at Yale School of Management, where I assisted in event planning and other student-facing responsibilities, including working with student clubs and student-led conferences. I have now returned to the Human Resources space where I serve as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist at Yale University on the Talent Acquisition team. I am also a hockey coach for the West Haven Youth Hockey Association.
