Experienced Account Manager with 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry. I have enjoyed developing strong client relationships through managing books of business for both Personal lines and Commercial lines insurance. I strive to ensure customer and company satisfaction by demonstrating outstanding customer service! At the beginning of my insurance career I worked as a customer service representative for Mountain West Farm Bureau at their home office helping agent offices and insureds, moving on to a position in the agents office gaining further experience as an administrative assistant and then onto a producer role. After a great experience with Farm Bureau, I ventured into a new position with Hub International as a commercial insurance account manager gaining further experience in the world of Brokers! Since March of 2022 I joined Heffernan Insurance working specifically for the HeffDirect division where my focus is small business with my niche being Contractors! I am so thankful to have the privilege of working beside great people and especially for great clients who I have built great relationships with while handling their accounts and insurance needs!
