With over 15 years of experience across government, healthcare, and international settings, I’m driven by the desire to create environments where employees feel valued and engaged. My work has taken me from supporting military families in Japan to analyzing multi-billion dollar projects for the U.S. Army here at home. Each experience has shaped my understanding of what truly drives performance within organizations. At JANUS Research Group, I’ve had the privilege of leading cost-benefit analyses for initiatives ranging from $1.75M to an impressive $34B. This role has not only honed my analytical skills but also reinforced my belief in the importance of aligning financial strategies with employee well-being—a balance I strive for every day. Prior to this role, I served as a subject matter expert with Liberty Business Associates where mentoring new analysts became one of my favorite parts of the job. One achievement I’m particularly proud of is at the Department of Defense where I spearheaded cost-saving measures that resulted in a 15% reduction in expenses while improving operational efficiency. It’s these sorts of challenges that keep me motivated—finding innovative solutions that benefit both the organization and its people. Being a veteran spouse has given me unique insights into the diverse needs of employees from various backgrounds. This perspective fuels my passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts within organizations—because everyone deserves to feel they belong at work.
