I am a dedicated and skilled instrumentation engineer with expertise in control and instrumentation, specializing in the Foxboro DCS system. With a proven track record of effectively managing 5*660MW C&I maintenance units, I excel in utilizing tools such as RCA, FEMA, the SAP system, and data analysis to optimize operational efficiency. My keen attention to detail ensures that issues are promptly addressed to prevent disruptions in production and maintain a safe working environment. I take pride in my accomplishments, including developing innovative DCS logic for the auto drain system, which replaced physical timer drains and significantly reduced the cost of auto drain parts by Rs. This project showcased my ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement cost-saving solutions. Furthermore, I have successfully integrated SSC PLC systems with DCS systems, enabling flexible operation and enhancing overall system efficiency. This integration project demonstrated my ability to collaborate and seamlessly integrate different control systems for improved functionality and performance. Throughout my career, I have been involved in significant projects that have made a positive impact on operations.
