Innovation is an task I have to plan it’s unfortunately not a habit. I’m self-motivated to specific tasks and not all tasks and ventures that cross my path. Responsiveness: I tend to not rush things I’m not comfortable with. Things I find easy I do quickly and with confidence. I have great Discipline and am Comfortable with strict discipline I have a propensity to improve performance through structures of personal and work regulations. I don’t ask too many questions but work with the need of the person at hand. I have a strong pattern of helping even when the situation might stretch me and ask some tough sacrifices from my side. It remains easy to me to reach out to people that are in need. I tent to walk away from conflict. I intend to avoid it completely as my habit it not strong enough to deal with them without effort. My positive behaviour reflects from my place and space where I work and relates to people I find myself faced with day to day. I’m very much positive when I’m comfortable.
