About Marisol Cruz

Marisol Cruz is known for creating leadership experiences that allow community members to take an active role in decision-making processes and for helping nonprofits establish effective and efficient evaluation practices. Dedicated to connecting with people on a personal level, she infuses fun into every relationship and learning experience she shares with ResultsLab clients. Prior to joining the ResultsLab team, Marisol enjoyed over seven years with Mile High United Way, focusing on program management and capacity building. In her time at Mile High United Way, she managed a Federal multi-year, multi-million-dollar grant called the Social Innovation Fund, which was focused on building nonprofits’ capacity to provide high-quality, early literacy programs to children across Colorado. Prior to entering the nonprofit sector, Marisol worked as a freelance writer while traveling abroad in South America. Marisol graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado with Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Spanish. She earned her Master of Public Health degree with the Colorado School of Public Health. She is a graduate of Samadhi Center for Yoga’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and recently completed the Fellowship program at the Latino Leadership Institute. Marisol has also served on the board of a local nonprofit organization, Colorado Statewide Parent Coalition, and as a Leadership Team member of Colorado 9to25. She is fluent in Spanish and has traveled to 26 countries around the world.
