Project Management- Worked as Project Manager for all AR and Returns related acquisition activities; scope requirements, resource allocation, identifying risk and expense, folding in new businesses, and acting as a core member of integration team with other business leads. • Systems- Operated as business lead for functional area on three ERP system implementations including defining departmental needs and enhancements, identifying inefficiencies, UAT testing and documentation, and managing data migration and customer updates within expected timeline. • Integrating- have successfully integrated several company and product acquisitions while keeping department lean by streamlining processes and identifying system improvements. • Developing teams- initiated AR department with the Valeant and Biovail merger and migration from CA to NJ in 2011, and again in 2013 with the B&L migration from Rochester NY to NJ. • Managing Risk- Successfully managed an average AR balance from 135m to over 2B since taking over AR in 2011 while keeping bad debt experience static. • AR & Finance- Deductions, cash application, returns and credit processing, cash forecasting, trend analysis, budgets and forecasting and aging analysis. • SOX compliance- Writing Standard Operating Procedures and Controls, facilitating audit compliance and mitigating deficiencies.
