About Marisol Ignorosa

My career spans over 15 years, from business areas to Human Resources where I have managed strategic business and development projects at a regional level. I’m a passionate advocate for the importance of learner-centricity while enabling, encouraging, and empowering talent to take control of their career through lifelong learning. Having started my career in a business area allowed me to understand how this runs, and translate it in the design and execution of learning solutions fully aligned to the commercial strategy. Among my principal skills are strategic thinking, project management, business analysis, creativity, design and delivery of learning solutions for large business areas.I’m a truly believer, and executor, of the enterprise purpose and values. I love to lead diverse teams, leverage their talent while I leverage mine too. I also love to be in constant development through formal and informal learning opportunities.
