Send email with memo regarding time and place along with any information. • Point of contact for Midway International Airport on the National Transfer Link, for all Transportation Security Officers (TSO) and Behavior Detection Officers. • Certify over 300 employee’s time cards in the WEBTA System. • Responsible for scheduling new hires and internal candidates when applicable. In charge of validating candidate’s eligibility for the position. • Coordinator for the Sensitive Security Information (SSI) program. • Process fingerprints for all employees and new hires. • Serve as the DHS Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card issuance Facility Manager for all TSA employees, to include Federal Air Marshals and Contractors when needed. • Coordinate with Headquarters and our Training Unit for all new hires regarding Travel Request. Provide assistance to new hires when creating vouchers thru CONCUR travel website. • Responsible for coordinating Emergency Evacuation drills. Ensure the Emergency Evacuation plan is updated. • Signatory for the Security Identification Display Area Badge Program. • In charge of scheduling Transportation Security Officers under the Customer Service collateral duty.
