I am: Motivational Speaker, Licensed Therapist on Families, Children and Addictions. currently working with Private companies on workshops, training jzhuman resources staff, designing Corrective Action Plans for inside corporate situations that reduce staff performance and productivity. A Translator for FEMA on Disaster Management, a Project Manager and Compliance Officer Consultant for Federal, State and Private Contracts. Security Trainer and Influencer. Currently passionate for service in Disaster Management Projects for Compliance and Excellence in Performance. I'm a writer and Community Services passionate. Currently training volunteers for Communities, Non Profits and Security Industry Professionals. Currently operating a private non profit Center for Massive Crisis open after the Hurricane Maria passed through Puerto Rico. On a daily basis we attend in our center people who comes from distant places to seek help, food, water and support. We do our services with donations of other people, and companies who offer support. Recently Government gave us a closed school to establish permanently our Center for Procedures and Solutions Comunidad VIVA (VALUES, INITIATIVE, VOLUNTEERS, ACTION) This is who I am!
