I have intentionally shaped my career around using data, research, and empathy to help organizations become better places for their people. I am driven by the opportunity to make a lasting impact—moving beyond just recommendations to actually seeing change take root. I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and human-centered thinking. With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and hands-on experience using tools like R, R Markdown, Power BI, and Excel, I love solving complex problems with data. I enjoy building partnerships across teams, making insights accessible, and helping stakeholders use data to make informed, people-first decisions.
